I highly recommend Chris. Our whole experience with him was seamless, he did the work as planned, the quality of the windows is excellent and our flat was left immaculate. A true craftsman.

I was very impressed with the high standard of workmanship and the professionalism of Mr Thompson. Despite encountering an unforeseen problem with old sash windows, he took it in his stride and quickly found and implemented solutions, and all at no extra cost to the original quote. Chris did a fantastic job. Initially I only wanted the living room windows replaced and the bathroom window refurbished, but the new double glazed windows are so wonderful that I will now also replace the bathroom window. Chris was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and flexible when my plan changed. He finished the job earlier than estimated and under budget. Highly recommended.

Chris is FANTASTIC. I got several people in to quote and his was the most punctual, most well-informed and the best value to boot. On top of this, I felt I could trust him - and I can. The work was completed to time (in fact they finished a day early) the place was left spotlessly clean and tidy each day and the new window looks nothing short of stunning. Chris also helped me out a few weeks before when another window broke and hurt someone's hand, coming round quickly and sorting it for no extra charge. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and his team and will be using them again
