Paul came and gave advice as to what was required and gave us a timescale when it could be completed. Sent a detailed list of requirements and cost, which was very fair and reasonable . Later he phoned with an appointment date and duly arrived on-time and completed the agreed work. Paul is a very polite, hard worker, and cleared all the rubbish at the end of the day.
