After coming to do a quote, this company didn’t get back to me as promised, I rang several times and left messages with a person, sourced some sinks myself, sent pictures of said sinks, and still had no contact. Kept me waiting a month, before I gave up hope. Thanks for wasting my time. Why don’t tradesmen lead you on and have no intention of getting back to you ?

I didn't have to wait long for the new boiler to be installed, which was good as we are heading into the winter months. The new boiler replaced an old back boiler, so consequently the job wasn't as straightforward as a like for like replacement, but the team cracked on with things, getting it all done in 2 days. Good communication throughout with fitter Jack taking the time to explain things to me afterwards. Would definitely have them back out if I need any further jobs doing. Reliable, friendly and professional.
