The fitter was pleasant and appropriately friendly. Arrived on time and completed the job efficiently

Needed a new shower enclosure and shower tray lowered to step-in type. Very quick response from this company. Came next day after advert to assess and quote which we found to be fair and acceptable. Started job within five days and completed in a further three. Well impressed with the standard of work and their work ethic. Have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again.

Enquired originally on the Thursday with a leak from my boiler, really fast response time & had someone out the same day to check it out. Turns out the works were going to be extensive but Spencer provided multiple options for a solution to repair or replace. Due to the age of the boiler we went for a replacement, which they managed to come install the following Monday. Really quick response, very competitively priced & would 100% use again and recommend to a friend.

Omar attended to do the boiler service and safety check and was on time (early 7.30am appointment arranged so I could start work on time) , friendly and did an overall good job.
