  Chased for money. Then upped and left.

  I should have gone with my gut and steered clear of this contractor. I was chased from the outset to instruct and make an immediate payment of several thousands (which I had to pay to a different company). That was meant to be the only payment before the works were completed. However, two further payments were requested as the works progressed which, trying to avoid conflict, I paid. I made a further payment of five figures when I was told that the works had been completed and there were just some snagging items left. Then the contractor upped and left. I am now pursuing the matter further

  Re render and paint rear of house

  From the beginning Duran was very helpful, trying to accommodate my work around the appalling weather we were having. His team were very clean and tidy and did an excellent job. Duran went the extra mile with the finishing touches and even replaced my broken security light! I am very satisfied with the completed works and would highly recommend All Round Maintenance and Property Services Ltd.

  Reliable, Skilled and Proactive Builder – Highly Recommend!

  Duran was incredibly helpful in resolving a major water leak in our home, which caused damage from the top floor down to the ground floor. He was the only builder who diagnosed the root cause within minutes. His work across multiple floors was swift and efficient. He also offered great advice on our bathroom makeover—I’d never heard of shower panels before and was relieved not to worry about grout anymore! Duran was reliable, turning up on short notice to clarify details or help with large kerbside deliveries. His professionalism gave us peace of mind throughout. He’s now our go-to builder.
