We hired Duran to waterproof, insulate and plaster walls and ceiling in a garage conversion as well as do various other tasks like flooring. He gave good advice on alternative approaches to get a better result and to save money. Furthermore, we were weeks away from the birth of our second child and he was incredibly accommodating to our schedule and worked hard to get the works completed in time.
