Excellent communication, very competent, reliable, through with the job.

My parents had a fault with Central heating boiler, James came out the next day and diagnosed the fault and gave my parents the options to repair the fault, after a chat with my parents we decided the best option was a new boiler, within a couple of days James arrived with the new boiler and installed it within a few hours,checking the Central heating system was all working fine,cleaning up after himself and taking the old boiler away, also explained how to use the new boiler to my parents aswell as filling out all the warranty paperwork for my parents, I would recommend this company

James was very professional, prompt, very kind and polite. I was really pleased with his response time, and willingness to go that bit further to ensure he did a really good job. Knew what he was doing and went about the task without fuss, mess or drama.
