The Builder was helpful, informative and thoroughly understood my concerns. He started immediately to investigate how the loft conversion floor was constructed, whether the internal wall was used as a part of this floor and after looking in the loft of the upstairs bedroom showed and demonstrated that the loft conversion builders had built a new floor, therefore leaving the old loft floor untouched and the internal wall non-load bearing. I would definitely use again and recommend this firm if another building job arose.

We instructed All Round Developments to renovate our three bed room house which included full heating system, re wire, kitchen, bathroom and loft conversion. Highly recommend Ben and his team. Completely professional and reliable.

From quoting through to the project completion, All Round Developments (Ben) was courteous and kept us fully informed during the project extending a small bathroom and tranforming into a utility room and washroom. Ben came back to us in a timely manner with out quote and was similar pricing to other builders but it was his down to earth approach which stood out and recommendations from others who have used All Round Developments Works were completed within the quoted timeframe and we are thrilled with the multifunctional space we now have which was not being used to it full potential before.

Ben and his team did our concrete driveway. They was on time and very reliable. They took pride in there work and now we have a wonderful driveway. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
