Had a vented ridge system installed to solve problem of loose ridge tiles. Delighted with how work was carried out - Robert and Tom worked so hard, left everything so tidy and were so nice. Michael arranged everything promptly with great communication. I was dreading getting this done, but in fact it was a pleasant experience. Even the scaffolding was gone the day after work was finished. I would definitely use this company again if any roof work needed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Excellent in every regard!

Can't praise this company highly enough. We had issues with our extractor fan dripping/condensation collecting in the pipe in the loft, for ages - a previous company tried to fix it and couldn't. After they quoted us over £6000 for a new roof(!) Michael attended, quickly identified the cause, and gave us a very reasonable quote to move and shorten the pipe. The work was carried out promptly, the roofer was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and left the loft tidy. We haven't had any issues since. Michael also did a roof survey for us, for a new property, which was thorough and detailed.

Good, professional communication via email (our preference). Scaffolding was put up the day before repairs and removed the same day as the repairs. The scaffolding required using the neighbour's garden, for which they asked permission and made sure to protect the grass appropriately. We initially asked them to replace a single roof tile, but on first visit they identified a larger problem. They sent a clear, revised quote outlining the problem and conducted the work thoroughly. During repairs, they were professional, speedy, and explained what work had been done. Would use again!

Polite, respectful, able to be left to get on with the job and made sure I was happy with how they were leaving it having tidied on finishing. I am pleased with how it looks.

This is a really excellent company to do business with. They turn up when they say they will, they do terrific, professional work and they leave the place clean and tidy when they’ve finished. They also charge a very fair price. I’ve used them three times now (for a minor roof repair, for replacement guttering and most recently for a new chimney cowl and chimney repairs) and if I ever need work like this done in the future I’ll definitely use them again. 100% recommend.
