  Excellent service from Steve. Visited within half an hour to silence an alarm and replace a battery in the control panel. System tested to ensure it was working properly again. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

  Very fast response to my phone call, Lorraine was so helpful. Steve and his co worker arrived promptly and sorted the problem with my alarm, explained everything and improved my box outside. Very impressed with the service and would recommend to anyone! Great job.

  Fast efficient service

  Very happy with the service provided. Being as disorganised as I am, I had to get someone round last minute to disconnect my alarm. Called All Pro Security who came out next day. Professional seamless service and very easy to deal with. Recommend.

  Videx keypad not working

  If it was possible to give more than 10 for quality of work, reliability, and communication I would do. My elderly mums keypad stopped working suddenly. All Pro security contacted me via check a trade, and I arranged for them to go round my mums . They fitted her in at short notice. They were at the property for quite a while (both Steve and Chris) the job was more challenging than originally anticipated, but they have managed to get the gate working again. They are going back to do more work at a later date

  Removing alarm sensor and setting new alarm code

  The engineer was prompt, talked me through the options for the job (to relocate or remove sensor), worked efficiently to get thr best result. I’d definitely recommend All Pro Security and will likely use them again going forward.
