Sebastian arrived promptly when he said he would. He had all the right parts to repair the old flush mechanism for our toilet having asked us to take and send pictures of the cistern beforehand. He was quick and efficient and explained to us exactly what he was doing and why. Result: a perfectly flushing toilet and one satisfied customer. He also made some very helpful suggestions as to how we could renovate our aging bathroom and we hope to employ him again.

Sebastian turned up as planned,, sorted out the problem with the waste pipe and fitted a new click type plug. He also did another job fixing ballcock on toilet. Price was reasonable and nice to have a breif chat!
