Sebastian turned up as planned,, sorted out the problem with the waste pipe and fitted a new click type plug. He also did another job fixing ballcock on toilet. Price was reasonable and nice to have a breif chat!

In depth responses through chat, came to the house to check the installation before committing, and the job was completed with a high standard. Highly recommend.

Sebastian was fantastic. His communication was excellent, he worked hard, and showed real thoughtfulness in his approach. We had asked for something quite tricky, but he worked through it , showing great flexibility and consideration throughout. He did an overall brilliant job and is a really nice guy.
