Called out late on a Sunday evening as key broke off in my front door lock. Answered phone immediately, came within 15 mins. Great communication, really friendly. Fixed the lock straightaway and with ease had everything needed with him. Professional service, great follow up. Very reasonable cost and no hidden charges. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had a sudden and unexpected problem with a back door. Alan brought his expertise and experience to solve the problem (it is fascinating to see a professional at work). Very quickly, he sourced and fixed a replacement part to resolve the problem, very efficiently. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Alan if you need a locksmith. He arrived within half an hour or contacting him, and diagnosed the problem with my Aunt’s back door. A new part was needed so he ordered that and fixed the door when the part arrived.

Alan has fitted a number of locks for us, has adjusted bolts, and most recently he came out in the evening to do an emergency repair to a window with a broken hinge, and made it fully secure in just a few minutes. His experience, knowledge and quality of work has been excellent in every way. Very highly recommended!
