Alan came round immediately to examine what was needed doing and then after repairing one of the conservatory doors spent time adjusting it so that it wouldn't break again. He communicated all the time about what he was doing and why, and even checked out another worry I had at the same time. Excellent service and price. I cannot recommend him highly enough. This is exactly the great service we had for him two years ago when our main door lock gave up the ghost on a sunny Sunday when all our family had just returned from the seaside.

Alan was brilliant ! Really quick response. Arrived early next day on a Saturday ! The job turned out to be more complex but Alan quickly sorted it all. With a smile too ! I would definitely recommend Alan 100%.

As our front door lock had broken, we had no way of securing the house so we needed an emergency locksmith visit asap. After contacting Alan from All Locked Out and explaining our situation, he arrived within half an hour. Made sure that our broken lock at least secured the front door temporarily and ordered a new insurance compliant lock for delivery and fitting the next day. We are now fully secure thanks to the excellent prompt, efficient and effective response from All Locked Out. Communication from start to finish could not be faulted. All round excellence at a very reasonable price.

Alan responded really quickly. Replacement all fitted next morning! Excellent. Very tricky job as the old locking gear was different fit to new replacement. Alan's skills are amazing ! We now have a better lock than previously. All fitted professionally and with a smile. Definitely would recommend.
