I cannot recommend Alan highly enough, he is charming, helpful and importantly resourceful! We had a problem with a loose door handle. Alan arrived within half an hour of speaking to him. He swiftly sorted the problem without resorting to new handles. He also looked at several other door handles while he was here, even going so far as to correct door hinges. Will most definitely use him again.

We hired Alan to replace the locks on our front and rear doors, and he was extremely professional and reasonably priced. He even helped fix one of our door handles at no extra cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

phoned Alan and he answered immediately told him about the problem i was having with my front door dead lock and we arranged a time convenient to me when he could call. he informed me of the cost which i agreed. on arrival as there are hundreds of different patterns he would have to get my type from supplier. he revisited at another time at no extra cost and completed the job. i found him very polite and respectful. a pleasure to have him do this job

Called out late on a Sunday evening as key broke off in my front door lock. Answered phone immediately, came within 15 mins. Great communication, really friendly. Fixed the lock straightaway and with ease had everything needed with him. Professional service, great follow up. Very reasonable cost and no hidden charges. 10/10 highly recommend.
