Whole experience was excellent . Quote was provided in good time and fully explained . I was kept posted on order progress and the work proceeded on time and as scheduled . On the day the fitters arrived exactly on time - they were polite and explained everything that was being done . They left the work site tidy and clean . From start to finish the whole process was excellent .

All Kent Cooling installed air conditioners in three rooms of our home. They were professional from the initial consultation, providing a detailed quote and explaining all available options. During installation week, the team was courteous, communicated each step clearly, worked quietly, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality service provided. Would certainly use them again in the future if needed.

Good communication and good service

All Kent Cooling were very professional from start to finish, the three engineers were obviously extremely experienced. They were courteous and when they had finished, they were so tidy there was no clearing up to do. An excellent experience for my wife and I, we couldn't have chosen a better company.
