3.67 Stairs cladding, floor fitting

Very disappointing experience. The work on the stairs and flooring was supposed to take 3 days but dragged on for nearly 3 weeks. The job has been left unfinished, with very poor cutting and imprecise finishing throughout. The staircase is completely stained because the oil was applied incorrectly, leaving an uneven and patchy result. I was assured he would return to fix any issues, but he has completely ignored my messages. Lack of professionalism, poor quality work, and no accountability. 10 Fitting broken hinge in wooden cupboard

We had an issue with one of our cupboard doors — the hinge had come loose because the wooden board inside had worn out, and the entire door had fallen off. The carpenter came promptly, assessed the problem, and fixed it perfectly. He reinforced the wood, reattached the hinge securely, and now the door works like new.
