The work done was not only of a pitifully low standard and non-compliant but actually dangerous. A 'live bare electrical wire next to water source' kind of dangerous. They made a mess of our home and we are pursuing action against them.

We’re really happy with Rez’s work on our bathroom and downstairs toilet. He and his team made an effort to keep the rest of our house clean, and were punctual and got the job done within the agreed time. They were working with tricky tiles and so some things didn’t always go completely smoothly, but we are very happy with the end result.
