Paul and his team were excellent. From my initial quote request, Paul was quick and responsive to reply and get a survey booked in and then through follow up. Works were over 3 days and everything went as planned. After Paul provided install photos and a summary email. Thoroughly happy we went with Paul and Alligator - future units we want, we’ll be going back to Paul and his team for sure 👍.

Aircon fitting in dining room

Sean the very polite engineer arrived promptly and very smart, the installation went very well and he cleaned up everything after he’d finished the work. The whole process from quote to install and then later on the service was carried out to a very high standard. This is my fifth install of Aircon by Alligator Heating & Cooling and I highly recommend them.

Fitted air conditioner unit in our bedroom.

We had an air conditioning unit fitted in our bedroom. Paul came and explained everything to us and showed us what it would look like. Then left us to decide, no hard sell which we appreciated. A date was arranged and the fitter came. I was so impressed with the service, so friendly and helpful. Left no mess at all. The boxes and waste wrapping were all taken away. I really can’t recommend them any higher. Such a great service. Will certainly be adding to our units I the future and it will be Alligator heating and cooler systems again.

Replacement air/con unit in living room

Our daughter has 3 units fitted by Alligator and last Monday Sean came to service them. Daughter was at work so we were house sitting. Spoke to Sean about an old unit we had and he suggested phoning Paul who runs the company. Paul came on Tuesday and discussed our requirements and on Friday Sean came and fitted the unit. These guys were excellent both onsite and in communication and all at a reasonable price. We are delighted with our unit which should also cover our heating requirements through the winter at a much lower cost than gas c/h. Many thanks guys
