  Unnecessary pressure to pay immediately and job not completec

  I also experienced unnecessary pressure to pay immediately and he never finished the job. When I texted to complain that the job wasn’t completed properly, he got angry and said he wasn’t coming back. Avoid.

  Unnecessary pressure to pay immediately

  Prompt arrival to resolve a leaking gully on a bungalow roof. Clean & tidy work area. Perrin recommended further work on the valley which made sense as a preventative measure. He made two further attempts to expand their work parameters. On completion day I was extremely unwell & made him aware. Before they finished tidying up he was enquiring about payment. I said I pay later that night or the following day. He mentioned it twice more before leaving. I felt that this was unnecessary pressure. Over a month later & despite reminders I'm still waiting for my receipt and guarantee.

  Would highly recommend. Communication was great and had a really speedy response to initial job post. Perrin was very knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in his work. He talked me through the different issues and possible approaches. No hard sell and very respectful. Work was carried out really quickly and at a reasonable price. All done to a very high standard and no mess left behind.

  Repair flashing and repointing brickwork above porch

  Very speedy contact from the chaps after the job was advertised. They came round the same day and gave very reasonable no nonsense quote. Work was carried out two days later to mum’s satisfaction. Polite, tidy, helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
