  New roof installed

  Mitchell & his team previously installed a new roof on another property of mine. We couldn’t fault the company throughout the process. So when we made the decision to change the roof on our home we knew we could trust the Alliance Roofing team to carry out the work we wanted. This roof through up a lot more complications due to the age of the roof, but Mitchell & his team navigated the problems efficiently & kept us updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Alliance Roofing & Building to anyone looking for a roofer.

  Pressure Washing Driveway

  Mitchell’s team completed an excellent professional job. Very pleased with the result of the driveway. Communication was very good, so that we knew exactly what was happening when. Would highly recommend.

  Replacement of fibre glass flat roof which had degraded

  We were concerned given the questionable work done by some roofers that Mitchell may be the same. However, Mitchell was honest, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures and video of everything before, during and after so was completely transparent about the work needed and work being done. He explained everything clearly and although made recommendations never pushed us. He and his workers were efficient and courteous and respected our property. I have no hesitation in using this company again.

  we needed foam insulation removing and a new roof.

  Mitchell kept us informed throughout, the job wasn't easy and threw up some issues and the 4 lads were brilliant in getting it all sorted. they cleaned the neighbours garden every night as thr foam went everywhere, they got it all done in a week, and made sure we were happy with everything, every step of the way. if you want an excellent roofer, who keeps you informed, and does a fantastic job, I'd use Mitchell and his team

  Moss removal, chimney repointing, general health check

  Mitchell and his team were punctual, polite and hardworking. The job was completed on schedule, despite some poor weather. Original scope was moss removal and spraying, and a general health check. This identified issues with the chimney, which the team repointed. Great company, would recommend.

  Replacement of ridge tiles

  This small company certainly knows what they are doing. Our ridge tiles needed replacing and they gave us good advice as to how to go about choosing the right tiles. They are a small company but very efficient. Good communicators and pleasant people to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to any one who needs repairs to their roof.
