Alex quickly diagnosed the issue after looking into it. He identified that the boiler was not the issue and replaced the ebb flow shower mixer. The water pressure was stronger than ever and more importantly the hot water was constant and the boiler stopped turning off. Top job. Sorted very quickly.

Both Alex and Jake, were punctual, polite and tidy. From start to finish they explained the work they needed to do and answered all my questions along the way. They had caring attitude to my home, making sure that any rubbish was cleared as they progressed, and did not moan once about my barking dogs. They are extremely good plumbers, take real pride in their work and I would happily recommend them to friends and family.
