    Lads did their best steam cleaning one carpet but water damage remains visible. Other carpet was too wet to clean so they just hoovered it.

    James and the team carried out works at a sheltered housing project on our behalf in newcastle and were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Called, booked in a survey, price received, accepted and job booked in same day. Booked in for when we wanted and carried out to an exceptional high standard, resulting in high praise from the scheme manager and our client, would highly recommend.

    We had an excellent experience with Alliance Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. James arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and treated our home with care. The results were even better than I expected and our carpets look fresh, bright, and smell amazing. You can tell James takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail.
