    We had an excellent experience with Alliance Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. James arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and treated our home with care. The results were even better than I expected and our carpets look fresh, bright, and smell amazing. You can tell James takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. I’d happily use Alliance Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.

    Christmas Miracle

    Rang James on Monday 29th December about cleaning our carpet following someone throwing up on it. He was helpful and gave an immediate quote and the offer off a visit the same day. Jack arrived roughly two hours later and assessed the situation and explained that whilst he would try to remove all the stains, no guarantee could be given that all would be removed. With our expectations managed he then carried a miracle and our carpet looks as good as new. We would throughly recommend this company to anyone.

    Called up alliance due to emergency lipstick stains all over brand new wool carpet, they came out within a couple of hours and restored carpet back to brand new. Excellent customer service and outstanding carpet cleaning!

    Very happy with results. James sent a lad called Jack who was friendly and polite. He took his time cleaning the stairs and landing that now look brand new again. The fact these guys bring their own water and take away all waste is also an added bonus, job guys!
