  General tidy up of the front and back garden and removing and cutting some bushes and trees.

  Initially meant to come between 11:30 and 12:30 but arrived at 12:45 with no prior acknowledgement. The lead did apologies and said it was due to traffic why they late. Started we a walk through with the quote and to make sure an agreement we what they need to do. I think about a 5 man team ranging from people sorting the tree and bush cut down and others doing the cutting of the grass, trimming of the bushes and the tidy up. Initial over view of what was done was very good but didn’t do the end of the garden which only needed them clear it up. Once I mentioned it they cleared it up. All good.

  Topping and pruning/tree removal

  Dixie and his team were professional and polite arrived on time and carried out the job of topping and pruning of a silver birch tree & also removing of a apple tree as discussed and also done a great job on tidying up after their selves once finished I would highly recommend Dixie and his team & will definitely use them again next year

  Overgrown lawn and hedge/conifer trimming

  I was given a verbal quote for the job, assessed at the time to be a day's work possibly a little more. Was told that the quoted price would be held for 3 days. Price given was at the upper end. Work was completed in only 4.5 hours. I was unhappy with some of the work which was (after way too much disagreement) eventually sorted out. Overall the work was OK although it reflected little care and attention albeit obvious speed of execution. I am still (12 days later) awaiting a receipt for the work, which should have been supplied promptly after payment.

  Hedge trimming

  These guys did a superb job at a reasonable price. They were thorough, careful and cleaned up well after. Will definitely have them back next year 👍

  Highly professional & well managed

  Dixie was incredibly professional and helpful helping tidying my elderly mum's garden. Spoke to me (daughter) throughout the process and consulted with my mum to ensure she was happy. The garden work was excellent, tidying everything away, and great value. Highly recommend.
