This is a beyond disappointing attempt to not pay. Was asked to clean all kitchen cupboard doors which were thick in grease & were spotless afterwards, Literally shining! Thick grease on walls. She even got the step ladders out for me to clean the thick grease and dust on the light fixtures & Black mould around windows. Years of thick dust in bedroom was cleaned. Im shocked! She even sat and spoke to me while I was cleaning! Bathroom included. It took 3.5 hours & she was only charged for a 3 hours general clean although it was a deep clean. Lying in a review to justify not paying is appalling.
