Wil Allers was professional, prompt and helpful. He worked efficiently and effectively with a very old cistern that realistically is well beyond its life expectancy. Very pleased with his work to repair the cistern.

Prompt service, arrived within an hour of calling. Friendly and professional service. Call out fee was not cheap but he did arrive within an hour. Pricing for repair was not cheap but is covered by warranty and installed by experienced engineer.

Although the job took longer than expected a significant fault with the electrics was identified which had to be rectified by an electrician. We were supported by our plumber to get this safely resolved. There was also a manufactures fault with the new power shower but again we were supported to get this resolved with the manufacture who had to replace a faulty part on their shower.

Arrived on time, fixed the leak, gave valuable advice. Efficient , friendly and helpful
