  OUTSTANDING TRADESMEN

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Marc and Wayne came to us and we explained the job. Unsure if it was possible to install a shower room where we wanted it, assessing the site they said it could be done and explained clearly how. We accepted their estimate and start date and they arrived on time to start the job. Other than liaising over the color scheme, we basically put our faith in them and left them to it. They finished the job on time and we cannot express how delighted we are with the end product. Everything inside and out was left immaculate. Very amicable guys but above all OUTSTANDING TRADESMEN.

  Replacement garden fence.

  27 metres of garden fencing replaced from panels with wooden posts, to a continuous run of feathered-edged secured with concrete posts. Marc and Wayne overcame all challenges with good humour , and always work in a thoughtful, caring way. They are a complete joy to have around, and we highly recommend them.

  Allen & Shaw Developments very professional and reliable.

  They were here to do repair work in my kitchen after a leak from a tap had ruined part of the kitchen floor and some cupboards. I am very satisfied with the work they have done. They have replaced the ruined floor, laid new floor tiles and replaced the internal cupboards and all done in a very pleasant and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone who needs some work doing and I would certainly not hesitate to ask them again should I have the need for building work of any sort.

  Removing the original covering for the chimney breast and tiling it.

  Mark and `Wayne are easy to have around. They are reliable and tell you exactly when they will arrive and how long they expect the job to take. They really take pride in doing a good job with great attention to detail. We were delighted with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

  Kitchen installation, chimney breast removal,

  Marc and Wayne were recommended to me by my daughter who had a very positive experience with them. Having just bought a house I needed: loft flooring and ladder, chimney breast removed from bedroom, kitchen installation with a new roof and skylight, storage cupboards built and removal of an outside toilet and a patio laid. I cannot praise these guys enough! All work was carried out with care and in a timely manner. Marc and Wayne always tidied up every day and were polite, honest, knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. They were a joy to have around the house and I highly recommend them!

  Dishwasher replacement

  Whilst I was recovering from a recent operation, Marc and Wayne called at very short notice to assist in the replacement of a dishwasher. Nothing seems too much for them.
