Best men for the job ! We cannot praise the team at Allens furniture removals enough. We were let down at short notice by a birmingham based company, which came as quite a shock. We phoned AFR and thankfully they could help. From our initial phone call with Steve we were immediately put at ease, he did a video call to see what needed moving and answered all our questions. We had 4 guys on the day , one packing the kitchen and fragiles and 3 others that packed and wrapped everything else that needed to be done. Everything was handled with care, and at all times they kept checking to see

This move involved my Mother relocating from her home of over 40yrs in Birmingham to Derbyshire. Much stress was eased by Stephen’s caring and accommodating nature. The first house purchase fell through, so the team put everything into their storage facility, delivering everything to the new house approx 6 weeks later. As my Mother stayed with us in the interim period, the team also dropped off and picked up items from our house, including many potted garden plants. They worked incredibly hard and treated all items with great care. Many thanks to Stephen, Keiryn, Connor, Craig and Matt.

On one of the hottest days of the years Allen family removals arrived at our old house and didn’t stop until the job was done !!! Solicitors caused the move to be delayed but Allen family removals were not fazed !! Kept a cool head , mush better than me I add !!! I can’t express how brilliant they were !!! Cheers boys x

Stephen Allen and his team did a great job for us. We had a huge number of items, from white goods, patio furniture, garden stuff to a hundred boxes of house contents. We had lived in our house for 40 years and therefore we had accumulated a huge amount of items. The team were so helpful and nice. The move went very smoothly and in just under 3 hours everything had been packed. The unpacking at the other end also went really well and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were reinstated quickly and the televisions were very well packed. Nothing was damaged or misplaced in transit.

What an absolutely phenomenal team! Extremely trustworthy and hardworking, I had a lot of delicate and expensive items, after a previous bad experience with another removal firm I was dubious to say the least! However, everything was smooth with Allen Family from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly protected and delivered safely and everything in the inventory accounted for. Absolutely would recommend these guys!

Highly recommend Stephen and his team of super friendly, courteous, nothing is a problem team. Their reassuring calm manner really eased my stress! Access to the property certainly wasn't the easiest, but they took it in their stride. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely first class service!
