I have used Romaine for my last 2 gas boiler services. He is very friendly, professional and tidy, I would recommend him to my friends and family and am looking to use his services to update my bathroom in the near future.

Fantastic service from Romaine! He was professional, efficient, and really took the time to ensure our boiler was serviced properly. A lovely bloke—friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy. He even went above and beyond to replace our LCD unit display as it was faulty, picking up the product for us and fitting same day. Highly recommend!

Romaine is my go-to guy for anything plumbing/heating. Just a small job this time - annual boiler service and gas safety certificate - but not totally straight forward as the arrangements involved a third party. Romaine took that in his stride and everything went smoothly due to Romaine's effective communication. Highly recommended.

I used Allen and Co Plumbing (Romain) 3 times now. I had thermostats put on three radiators, washing machine inlet replaced as it was dripping, and had the boiler repaired when it was also dripping. The price has always been very competitive. They were very efficient and accommodating. Great service for a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co.

Romaine Allen is my go-to guy for everything heating and plumbing related. A few months ago he repaired a major leak in my property which required a major re-route of pipework but the job was completed efficiently and with the minimum of disruption after a fairly swift diagnosis of the problem. More recently, he has done a standard boiler service. Its rare to find a tradesman who knows what they are doing and, crucially, makes a real effort with communication and problem solving. Highly recommended.
