  Extremely poor customer service and relations.

  Tenants at one of our managed properties reported an issue with damp, which we addressed. We instructed a local Damp proofing company, ALL DRY DAMPPROOFING, to carry out a survey at the property (at considerable expense) and advise on the problem. The survey was carried out and the Landlord subsequently agreed for the necessary work to be done as per the damp report. The work was completed and the bill was paid. A short time after the tenant contacted to inform us that the damp had returned in the same area. All Dry Dampproofing refused to re-visit without paying for another survey

  Trust worthy and great to deal with

  Couldn’t fault Simon from start to finish. His report was thorough, easy to understand and the pricing was clear with no ambiguity. His workmanship was excellent, from arriving when he said he would, to clearing and cleaning up each day, we had nothing to worry about. A thoroughly professional job. This was our first (and hopefully last!) damp problem but we couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you!

  Valuable damp proofing knowledge. Tackling damp head on.

  I have known Simon now for well over twelve months. Throughout this time he has been a valuable source of advice for me. He is never too busy to reply to my correspondence and he is a very trustworthy individual. With years of damp proofing knowledge under his belt he is only too happy to share with third parties. His advice is concise helpful and to the point. I would highly recommend All dry damp proofing to anyone needing his expertise. This chap does the job right first time.

  I recently used All Dry Damproofing to address a damp issue in my home and I have been very impressed with the service. Simon and his team have been very professional, punctual and highly Knowledgeable. They conducted a damp survey and then explained the process to fix it in detail. The work has been completed efficiently with minimal disruption to my home. I definitely would recommend ALLDRY Damproofing.
