The gentleman was polite and quickly solved the problem

Called the service on a Saturday afternoon as toilet appeared blocked. Andy attended on Sunday morning. He investigated and identified the external drain was blocked. He then unblocked it . He carefully put back the garden furniture which he had to move to get at drain. He was courteous throughout the visit

Great communication from office and engineer. Alex arrived early evening and the blockage was sorted quickly. He showed me the images and talked through the problem, removed tree roots which had grown through hairline cracks in the pipping. He managed to removed them and pressure cleaned the length of the pipework. Alex was very informative and had a friendly manner which is brilliant for the customer in a stressful situation.

Thanks so much to the All Drainage team for cleaning our silted drains. Donna at the office responded quickly and within a couple of hours the team arrived. They investigated and solved the problem, working with efficiency and professionalism. They kept me informed about the cost. All Drainage have also cleaned out our sewage treatment plant in the past so it was great to re-connect - and for today's service to be as good as it was last time.
