My 5-year Indian River-paved patio had been mistakenly power-washed recently with the wrong cleaning product and had lost much of its colour and texture. I chose Allcraft from three 3 potential firms to renovate and seal the patio. Also to replace some old guttering on my Victorian semi-detached property. Joe and his team did a brilliant job, with meticulous attention to every detail. They responded courteously to all my questions and concerns. I am delighted with the work and will certainly go back to Allcraft in the future for any other works that they cover.

Roof Master replaced our valley. The price went up and up throughout the works but we assumed at the time this was all in good faith. They left a mess in our garden and in our loft. They went silent on us after payment and never provided the promised ten year guarantee. We’ve never been able to get in contact with them since payment. Six months on we have worse problems with the valley and other tradespeople have been shocked at the substandard work completed.
