James was very polite, friendly and helpful throughout. Work was completed to a high standard. Very professional in manner and maintained regular communication with me. The whole process was straightforward and well organised from start to finish. His colleague was also polite, professional and hardworking.

This job felt very rushed, grouting tiles and bath sealing wasn't the neatest and didn't eliminate all the discoloured grout either. Left my bathroom in quite a mess, neither bath nor sink was protected leaving quite a mess to clean. It just felt the job was pushed in.

James and his team recently installed our main bathroom, en suite, and downstairs loo, as well as fitting several new radiators throughout the house. From start to finish, he was professional, organised, and great at keeping in touch. Communication was excellent, James kept us updated at every stage and was always easy to reach. The quality of his installation work is outstanding, and everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. From initial contact James was professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent communication and updates. Work completed and left clean and tidy. All rubbish removed, even though we had bought our own components, we didn't expect this and it was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely recommend and use James' services again.
