Demolition of a timber outbuilding and replacement with solid construction to match existing residence. After a less than positive experience with another local builder I decided to try Allan Ball for what was for us, a large project. From receiving a quote, adjustments to design and cost, clearance of the old structure and building the new, everything was done in a professional manner. The quality of the workmanship is second to none with a lot of attention to detail. I was kept up to date at all times and regularly asked if I was happy with the progress. Highly recommended 10/10

In our 200-year-old home, they tackled complex jobs like fitting bifold doors and converting our old fireplace into a space for the oven with great skill. We have a 200 year old stone cottage with issues of water ingress and drainage problems. Alan, Chris and the team were excellent. Alan and Chris visited, surveyed the problems, identified the possible solutions and talked us through the options. When the work was being done, the entire team were respectful and polite, the work was handled efficiently and they were literally no bother at all.
