The company responded to my emergency by squeezing in an appointment at short notice. The work then took much longer than expected but they stuck at it until the system was working properly once again. And they didn't charge any extra to the original quote. I was very impressed by every aspect of the service they provided.

Once I agree to the quotation, the engineer turned up very promptly and carried out the necessary work very expertly indeed.
