  Replaced the roof of an outhouse, fitted new support beams, bricked an old door and replaced one.

  Percy and his boys replaced the roof on our outhouse, fitted new roof supports, bricked up an old door and replaced the other one. Percy was quick to come view the job, provide a quote and book in a date to start the work. They were lovely, polite, clean, offered bits of advice and most importantly the roof doesn’t leak anymore!

  Rebuild of old conservatory and convertion to garden room

  If you need builders that will 'go the extra mile' and produce work of a high standard you need go no further than Percy and his team. Their work ethic was excellent,often working through bad weather to complete the task in hand. Work started promptly each day and no-one left until that day's target was achieved. All the members of the team were very polite and cheerful, often giving useful advice and help with other building and garden matters. It was a joy to see the team take a pride in all that they did. The result is a garden room that can be used throughout the year.

  This company recently completed outstanding work at my property. They were professional, personable, respectful and a pleasure to have. They also cleared and cleaned the site when they finished. Good advice was given and real care was taken. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Great company to do your garage conversion

  Percy and his team did a great job of converting our garage into a living room. They were worked hard to get the room finished in good time. We love our new room and so glad we hired Percy and team to do it. We asked for a pelmet ceiling, which is quite unusual and there were a few issues with this but overall we would recommend this company if you’re looking for a conversion.

  We’ve used Percy and his team before, and once again they did a fantastic job. This time, Percy installed a new extractor duct and renewed some problematic wiring that had been causing our lights to flicker. He was incredibly communicative, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. What really stood out was how thorough he was in resolving a variety of issues stemming from water leaking through the old extractor duct - which had been affecting our electrics and lighting. Percy quickly identified the root causes and coordinated with his colleagues to get everything sorted efficie

  Converting loft space into a new bedroom adding two windows

  It has been outstanding from start to finish Percy was very good in communication of the scale of work and pricing it all up to our budget, once the work started Gerard was on site and I can only praise him very highly, he is extremely knowledgeable and accurate and everything he has done, he went above and beyond and finished the work on a very high standard! Overall I am very pleased to have chosen A-Line Property and can highly recommend them ! Great job from all involved!
