What We Do:

In addition to handyman work, we also provide van services and removals, including house removals, furniture transport, item collection, waste clearance, and small office moves.

Bathroom Refurbishment:

• Complete removal of old fixtures, tiles, and fittings
• Installation of a new bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, taps, and vanity unit
• Full wall and floor tiling
• Installation of extractor fan and lighting
• Plumbing and drainage adjustments as required
• Painting and final finishing

Toilet Refurbishment (Separate WC):

• Removal of existing toilet and fittings
• Installation of a new toilet, basin, and accessories
• Tiling (floor and partial wall)
• Plumbing adjustments and painting

Kitchen Refurbishment:

• Removal of existing kitchen units and appliances
• Installation of new kitchen units, worktops, sink, taps, and appliances
• Wall tiling (splash backs)
• Electrical work for appliances and lighting
• Plumbing connections for sink and dishwasher/and washing machine
• Final finishing and decorating

Laminate Flooring Installation:

• Removal of old flooring and preparation of the subfloor

How We Work:

Quotes via App

We offer quotes based on information provided through the app without the need for a site visit.

Please note that a fee is required for all quotes provided in this way, as it covers the time needed to review the details and prepare an accurate estimate.

The fee is payable in advance before the quote is issued.

If you decide to proceed with the work, this fee will be deducted from the final cost.

• A call-out fee applies to all first-time property visits and job assessments.

• This fee covers travel, time, and a full inspection of the work required.

• If you decide to proceed with the job, the call-out fee will be deducted from the total price
• If you choose not to go ahead, the fee will cover the visit and assessment only.

When you accept a quote, a deposit is required to confirm you're booking and secure your time slot.

• This deposit is fully deducted from your final invoice.
• It also helps us cover any preparation and materials required in advance.
