  Needed to change 2 light switches to dimmer switches. Got 2 quotes. I chose Alight Services after talking with Phil. He sounded friendly and knowledgeable. On the day Phil turned up on time with his assistant, Simon. Work was carried out efficiently and properly. I am very pleased and satisfied with how Phil dealt with the task from start to finish. A friendly, knowledgeable guy who provides a service with a smile. Next time I need an electrician it’s definitely going to be Phil. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil.

  Excellent service and competent

  Alight Electric Services answered an emergency call out on a Friday evening regarding no heating/hot water and fridge. There were also several sockets in the kitchen and bedroom that weren’t working. They arrived quickly, identified the issues and managed to sort it all out within 3 hrs which was a huge relief! They were polite, informative and the cost was very competitive. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

  Excellent service from start to finish

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was consistent throughout the process. I was finding it really difficult to know what heating to buy. Phil gave lots of guidance and links to different types of heating to help me make a decision. When he came he worked quickly and tidily, which made the whole process easy and seamless, and was reasonably priced too. I really appreciate the ease with which I was able to have new heating installed, and I would definitely use this company again!
