The person that gave the quote was punctual, knowledgeable and explained the total procedure to replace the two wash hand basins. I was impressed with the engineer that did the actual work. 10 5 Star Service at Reasonable Price

Honesty, integrity, and professionalism is absolutely 5 star. Phil explained to me the reasons for the fault, what is likely to happen in the future and more importantly, fixed my boiler, for what actually needed doing, instead of trying to make us much cash off me as possible, like some other engineers (not Alfords). Phil is an asset to this company. As a consumer, I want to be able to trust the company that visit my home. I want to be able to trust the people that represent that company to fix what is actually needed, at a reasonable price. We are Gas Safe Registered No: 218175 and can work on natural gas installations.
We are also PAS 2030 compliant which means we operate a quality management system and can undertake Green deal energy efficiency works
