All my previous Checkatrade experiences have been positive, but unfortunately not this one. I found this tradesman to be bad-tempered and argumentative, with terse and negative responses to reasonable queries about the job. As a woman it is unacceptable to have aggressive men in my space. I am very disappointed with the experience and have re-posted the job to find a professional tradesman to complete the work.

I am very disappointed by this review, and strongly dispute the account given and do not believe it accurately reflects what happened. I have built my business on providing a professional, clean and high-quality service, and my previous customer feedback reflects this. On this occasion, I made considerable efforts to accommodate the customer, including providing access to my trade discounts, using materials at no additional charge and carrying out additional preparation work where necessary. I remain proud of the standard of my work and will continue to treat my customers with respect.
