  Ceiling Skimmed

  I’d used Alex before via Checkatrade but this time I dialled him direct but still wanted to leave a review. His work is of the highest quality. He got rid of the horrible 1980s stipple in our bedroom and now I have a lovely flat ceiling. I would highly recommend Alex if you are looking for a plasterer whose work you can rely on. He is efficient, polite, punctual. Cleans up after himself. I woukd use his services again.

  Blocked up a cupboard door and ceiling repair

  Alex arrived on time and quickly started with plenty of dust sheets. In no time the plaster was applied with a perfect finish. Tidied up with no mess remaining, will definitely use him again.

  Artex removal and plastering 2 ceilings and wall

  Alex arrived promptly at 8.30am as promised and started working immediately. He is a very courteous and extremely likeable person. I hired Alex on the basis of the reviews left on this website plus his quote was very reasonable. All I can say is that his work is first class and we now have two beautifully smooth, flat ceilings and the wall that my husband ruined is now repaired to a brilliant standard. Will definitely be hiring Alex again in the new year to do the other bedroom. If you need any plastering work, don't hesitate to hire Alex he is brilliant.

  Kitchen/diner extension and living room ceiling and wall

  Alex is a plastering wizard! He is very efficient, covering vast areas not only quickly but he does a fantastic job too! He did our full extension, an adjoining room and the ceiling and a wall in our living room. He helped us get rid of our horrible coving and tied the walls in nicely. He also cleans up at the end of each day leaving the site in a very neat and tidy condition. He’s really friendly and easy to get on with. Goes above and beyond. Very reasonably priced and reliable, something we’ve had difficulty with using other trades. Can’t recommend him enough!
