  Alex managed to fit me in the same day. He was friendly and very honest. He fixed my ignition barrel and cut me a spare key. I would definitely recommend Alex and I would definitely use him again (hopefully won't need to any time soon 😂).

  Alex picked up the phone straight away and had me booked in within the hour to retrieve my keys out of my car. Price was fair and service was efficient. Highly recommended.

  Ignition lock failure

  Phoned Alex after my car's ignition lock failed and the RAC hotwired it so I could get home. Spoke to him at 4pm, said he could do it same day if I was ok with an evening visit at no extra cost. Kept me updated with his arrival time, and once he arrived at 8pm he stuck it out until after midnight to get the job done. He also honoured the original price, even though it had taken a bit longer due to an unforeseen issue. (I paid him extra of course - he more than earned it!) I was so chuffed to have my car working for the next day. Top guy, top job - would definitely recommend!
