  Trustworthy, I felt very comfortable letting them do their thing!

  APD recently knocked out an existing wall, installed a steel, instated a new stud wall in a new position to separate lounge and a new larger kitchen diner. Plasterboarded & plastered, Installed the new kitchen, flooring, new internal doors. I felt extremely 'safe' in their hands: all the lads were LOVELY, I trusted them in terms of the job and in leaving them alone in my home. Eliot deserves a named mention for doing a stirling job on the kitchen install (very knowledgeable, great atrention to detail regarding fit & finish, including superb job of the worktops).

  Flood Wall - Build and Design

  Having previously employed Dan, Mike and the team to remove an internal wall, I wanted to get the guys back to build a flood wall. With very little time from my initial message to Dan, to staring the wall (less than 2 weeks), Dan and Mike knew what we were trying to achieve supported in achieving what seemed the impossible. From existing wall removal, to foundation dig out and concrete pouring, through to wall build, rebar install, concrete fill and finally flood gate installation the guys did a phenomenal job. Greatly appreciate the effort and efficiency - would recommend and use again!

  We have worked as a church with Alexander’s property for over a year. This involved a thorough reordering of the church. A toilet was built in the back of a the church with an internal cloakroom. A kitchenette was built and over half the pews were taken out. The floors at the back of the church were rebuilt plus numerous other jobs that naturally arose given the amount of work undertaken, including a very long and deep trench for the sewage. Working in a church requires significant care and compliance with some onerous. The standard of work and cooperation received was outstanding. defn use ag

  Dan, Mike and their team were thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project, communication was very good and all my questions were answered quickly. The quality of the work carried out was excellent and the site was cleared thoroughly on completion of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alexander's Property Development to anyone looking for an honest and reliable builder for a project.

  Look no Further - there are no problems only solutions with these guys!

  Work is still ongoing but I just had to leave a review. The team are polite, professional, and always solution-focused. They followed the architect’s plans faithfully but suggested clever workarounds when needed. As budgets shifted, they helped us find cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality. They’ve built an extension, porch, deck, patio, bathrooms, stone wall, and more. Clean, thorough, and genuinely lovely to work with — we’ll be sad to see them go. We've had so many bad experiences in the past that we were very wary about such a large project but we needn't have worried.
