  Look no Further - there are no problems only solutions with these guys!

  Work is still ongoing but I just had to leave a review. The team are polite, professional, and always solution-focused. They followed the architect’s plans faithfully but suggested clever workarounds when needed. As budgets shifted, they helped us find cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality. They’ve built an extension, porch, deck, patio, bathrooms, stone wall, and more. Clean, thorough, and genuinely lovely to work with — we’ll be sad to see them go. We've had so many bad experiences in the past that we were very wary about such a large project but we needn't have worried.

  I can't recommend Dan, Mike, Esther and the entire team highly enough. Managing a renovation project on my own, I found the process initially quite daunting, but from the start their support made all the difference. Their communication was outstanding: always honest, clear and reliable. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I always felt respected and listened to throughout the project. They were also very considerate and easy to have around, which made a huge difference when having work done in my home. Thanks to them, I was able to bring my vision to life. Thank you all!

  Extension to new kitchen, fitting of new kitchen and complete renovation of ground floor.

  Alexander Properties did an excellent job of transforming/modernising our ground floor. It has made a huge difference. Initially we were only having a kitchen extension with new kitchen but after they started we decided to do the whole ground floor. Mike and Dan were very willing to fulfil our needs and changes along the way. They are both very knowledgeable and always advised us what needed to be done and how they would do such jobs. All their team worked well and were a pleasure to have working here. Kitchen is fitted perfectly and we are more than happy with it and all work carried out.

  Wall knock through

  Removal of internal wall

  The original requirement was to remove an internal wall to give us an ' open plan ' living space. Dan came out to assess and talked us through the options. The removal of the wall was carried out exactly to spec and worked to our timescales. Whilst on site, they discovered issues with our flooring which needed remedying. Again, they offered advice and options and remained on site to remedy the problem and fitted all new flooring throughout for us. They went over and above, working beyond the original scope. They worked tirelessly and left us with our dream vision. Definitely recommend!!!

  Refurbishment of toilets and changing room at bowls club

  As a club we were working to a budget and a tight timescale. The quote was within that budget and they said they could achieve everything within the timescale. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently and I was kept up to date with any issues they faced so we could make any quick decisions. They completed everything on time and the final bill was also within budget. We are all delighted with our new look facilities. They are a great bunch of guys to work with and I cannot thank Dan enough for working so tirelessly with us.
