Jack and his team were very professional and thorough in their approach and delivery. They understood the need for flexibility for the refurbishment project as a whole due to the possibility of finding issues along the way. We appreciated their 'belt and braces' approach when various problems arose and they very much kept us involved in any decision making. They cleared and tidied at the end of the working day and overall, we have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team.

Jack and Brad have done an amazing job of our new bathroom. They removed the old outdated bathroom which contained a shower, toilet and sink. They reconfigured the space to fit a bath and all in one vanity unit. The bathroom is now newly tiled and radiator installed. Both Jack and Brad were very professional from quote to completion of the works. We are really pleased with the result and subsequently they have replaced all the radiators throughout the house. We would definitely ask them to complete future works

I can highly recommend this company. Jack and Brad were so helpful, pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I had new skirting boards fitted and I was so pleased with the work carried out. Can’t fault them.

Arrived on time & took extra care to protect the flooring and furniture with plastic sheeting. It was no trouble for Jack at all to explain what they would be doing to my property and completed the ceiling repairs the same day, with instructions on how long to leave everything before paint could be applied. This is my second time using Alexander Renovations and will definitely be using them again for any future works planned.

Jack and his team were fantastic to work with building us some alcove shelves/cupboards and a large hallway storage unit. Clear communication, friendly and conscientious of mess at the end of each day ensuring all tools were stored away. The finish on the units is exceptional and Jack was able to advise/assist us designing what we wanted along the way. We will absolutely be getting them back for future work and would have no doubts in recommending them to family and friends.

I was so impressed with Jack and Brad. They fitted 6 new doors, fitted catches/latches and tidied up the existing doorframes. The quality of the doors was excellent and they were extremely tidy and courteous. This is a company you can very much trust and I felt in very capable hands. I will certainly be using them for my next project.
