10 Amazing removal service

Amazing service from start to finish. Phillip was so helpful with being flexible with move dates. John and the team packing and moving us were just brilliant; professional, friendly and made the whole process stress free and run smoothly. They went the extra mile to make sure our beds, sofa and tv were unpacked for our first evening, after a long drive to our new house. 10 Long distance house move

Fabulous service as we relocated over 200 miles. First to respond, first to quote, and we were delighted with the service all round. A more helpful and likeable crew we could not have asked for. We very much appreciated all that each and every one of the team did in the days leading up to the move with the packing service, and the move itself. Firstly I found the quotation was realistic. There was good communication between myself and the company, particularly as we had to reschedule the moving date. The day of the move went well. The three guys were very polite and hard working. They laid down runners to protect the flooring and even dismantled and reassembled a wardrobe that wouldn’t go up the stairs at the new house due to it being a different design. Had removal survey and quotation from Phillip in April and had hoped to have reasonable breathing space between exchange and completion. Was in regular contact with a patient and understanding Phillip over a number of weeks. Ultimately, exchange and completion happened on consecutive days but Alexander James worked with us to ensure the move happened as smoothly as possible. Alexander James Removals is a family run company based in Waterlooville Hampshire.
We offer a professional removal service to domestic and commercial customers. We undertake approximately 30 removals per month throughout the UK & Europe. We can provide a full packing service and have our own storage facility should your sale and purchase not tie up.
Ahead of the move we always undertake a survey at your convenience to ensure that we get to meet the people that we could be potentially moving. This gives you a chance to ask any questions or discuss any concerns that you may have. You also need to make sure that you feel comfortable with the people moving you. The other reason for undertaking a survey is to ensure we supply the correct vehicle and the correct number of people for your requirement.
All of our staff are employed and are full time removal men, and we have goods in transit insurance of £10,000 as standard, and can quote for additional cover if required
