I'm very happy with the patio door. Alessandro was highly professional throughout. Communication was clear and prompt. Any queries and issues were dealt with without fuss. A detail I noticed and liked was his conscientiousness - I could tell, from when he was measuring the door to after the installation was complete, that he liked to double- or perhaps triple-check his work to make sure nothing was amiss. In short, Alessandro is highly recommended!

A very competitive quote. Good communication arranging the visit to sort. On arrival one door had a problem in that the upper hinge had been previously adjusted as far as it could go and needed replacing. As it was a non standard hinge it was taken off and taken to a supplier who ordered a hinge. Ordered hinge was fitted and all good. Excellent service

Very good service from Alessandro who takes his time and does things properly at every stage of the job. I was impressed at how much time he put into the survey at the start of the process making sure all measurements were correct before ordering the door. The communication was also very good throughout the process. He kept us informed of when the job was ready to be booked and completed. On the day he also took his time and cleaned up well at the end. He offers a genuine service at a fair price in a trade where this is not always guaranteed. I would definitely use his services again.
