Arrived on time, carried out work to a high standard and went above and beyond to reassure our elderly neighbours about another issue they brought to his attention.

David was fantastic from start to finish. He responded straightaway (in the evening) and was with us the following morning. David was clearly very knowledgeable and also empathetic- he checked in with us by phone, message and in person throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help us until the issue was resolved. David was very reasonable in terms of pricing, with no hidden extras. Although we hope not to need pest control services again, we know where to come if we do!

I got a very quick response from David. I asked for a quote on removing a wasps nest as it had come up in the house survey. David was honest, very knowledgeable and actually advised me that it didn't need removing and to save my money! What a professional! Would highly recommend him and will definitely use him if we need pest removal.

David responded quickly and efficiently to my call and was on hand when needed. He used cameras to pinpoint where the rats were entering the building and explained what method he would use to eliminate them. Very friendly and efficient, would thoroughly recommend.

Previous Pest Control firm solved problem temporarily with bait in loft. They thought issue was with drains but wouldn't inspect drains as they only bait or trap, so after a few months when we heard scratching again we contacted David. Very thorough looked in loft, guessed it was drains, put non-return flap in main drain to stop Rats getting in & rather than have us incur additional costs on another flap in a secondary drain that may not be needed, has baited that & will return as if we hear further scratching that will be the point of entry. Very reasonable cost for a 2 hour visit & parts.

We had strange scratching noises from a sealed chimney breast and feared the worst. Just an hour and a half later the problem was sorted. He came promptly and dealt with the problem effectively and efficiently and a for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much.
