A Lee did an amazing on my way roof fixing a nagging leak into our front bedroom, all sorted now

I highly recommend this friendly/honest company with unique equipment. Our difficult work (over our conservatory) was only possible to undertake due to them owning a compact Cherry Picker. Other companies led us to believe we needed a full gutter replacement, yet during the initial quote visit they were honest and told us that our actual issue was only the seals, reducing our costs substantially. Our work was carried out over the next 2 days and we even had extra work done to replace some crumbling ridge tiles which would have damaged our property if not rectified, and several other jobs.

A nice man but unfortunately fell short when it came to actually fixing the problem and pretty much chasing him ever since. Months on end with no response. Nearly 9 months on, and the gutter has never been fixed. Leaking constantly for 9 months, union joint not even fitted properly, black sealant has never held and even a screw drilled straight through the joint and gutter. The lady of the house doesn't want anymore to do with this trader and wants reputable company to do the work. I have asked for refund and this was in June 2023. No response ever since. Really disappointed!

Arthur is a lovely chap, very down to earth and practical. We had a lovely chat and put the world to rights during the quote process. The work was carried out on a day we had a school visit happening. Arthur was sensitive to their needs and safety during their visit. The work was accomplished quickly and well and we will be contacting him again when the gutters need doing again
