  Farhad is very approachable and communicate well. Very patient and happy to alter as many as you want until you reach the desired level. He done a very strong and professional presentation of the design, demonstrating both technical skill and creative vision. Excellent work!

  Very friendly, comprehensive, professional and efficient service and follow up for full refurbishment to grade II listed property. Farhad advised us how it would be possible to build in an under stairs cloakroom, add in an en suite to an attic bedroom, replace a skylight with a dormer window, and change a window to french doors. Farhad drew up all plans, submitted them on our behalf and liaised with the appropriate council departments. Farhad communicated clearly with us throughout, successfully secured planning permissions, and helped us make joint decisions with our builder.

  Farhad responded promptly to my initial enquiry & listened to what I wanted. Took the measurements & drew up extremely detailed plans. Farhad explained the process that needs to be followed before the build can commence & also once the work is under way. He took me through the whole process & submitted all paperwork for the extension to Arun District Council. I am now ready to start the process of having my extension built. Farhad has offered continuing advice should I need it. I would definitely recommend Aldwick Construction & Design.
