Chris managed to squeeze us in at very short notice and did a fantastic job redecorating our new flat. He was really thorough, took great pride in his work, and finished in the original timeframe and on budget, with some additional ceiling repairs that only became obvious halfway through and sourcing of paints which we didn't have time for ourselves done at a very reasonable cost.
