Alcon Heating provided a great service! Serviced my boiler and removed a radiator, leaving the place clean and tidy, I’m writing this review a couple of months on and there have been no issues since. Quick to respond and fit me in at their earliest convenience, ringing ahead of time before they arrived for peace of mind. They talked me through what they were doing and provided great advice. I’d highly recommend!

Luke was very thorough and explained what he was checking as he worked. He also advised on what to do if the boiler went out again. His communication was great. He let me know when he was running a few mins late and when he was then on his way.

Arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and resolved efficiently. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Had a Gas Safety Inspection for a property I'm in the process of purchasing. Luke was great, got booked in quickly, and said he could re-arrange if needed, if it couldn't be confirmed by the estate agents in time that the property's water was on. Called me during the inspection to give me an update and provided the gas safety certificate shortly after. Will be looking to use Luke again once I'm moved in.
