Jeff took my appointment booking over the phone for 4pm in 2 weeks time. On the day we called him at 4:30pm he said he wouldn't be available until after 6pm which wasn't good for us. We rescheduled for a few days later and gave him an afternoon slot (12pm onwards). He did not show up, no phone call, nothing. I would avoid if you value your time.

The work was carried out quickly and tidily. Geoff explained what he was doing and carried the work out with a minimum of fuss. Would thoroughly recommend his service. Thank you,

We had a problem with our boiler. Issues with both the boiler unit itself and the mega flow/ immersion. Geoff managed to both identify and fix the problems. 2 previous engineers had failed fix or do correctly. Regarding the boiler unit, we had been previously told it was not fixable and subsequently quoted to replace (not cheap) and the issues with the mega flow/ immersion were not previously identified (although the symptoms existed of course). Geoff managed to remedy everything and in a timely and predictable fashion. All pricing was clear and reasonable. Recommended.
