  Re-roof of slate roof in Manchester city center

  I did a huge amount of research before appointing a roofer for our project and I must have requested upwards of ten quotes. I was really happy with my decision to appoint ALB, there were a few complications to the project which were always met with a can-do attitude. I’m really pleased with the finished roof and in all honesty I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

  New slated roof

  My first time having ALB on one of my properties, I cannot fault them. Communication with Aaron was easy, and the work was carried out with no delays. The quality of the work carried out was second to none and the property was left clean and tidy. Great set of lads. Will definitely be using ALB again.

  Roof Replacement

  ALB roofing recently carried out a roof replacement for me. I have an older house that was in desperate need of a new roof. They carried out the work efficiently, fit me in really quickly despite being busy at this time of year. Their team were professional, reliable and polite. Aaron the director also attended himself to assist and he was extremely professional and friendly made us feel very comfortable and put any worries at ease. Would definitely recommend them!

  New roof to house and porch and new UPVC fascia’s and soffits

  ALB roofing Developments Ltd. Are members of the NFRC and I read some excellent reviews prior to making my decision. Response times to emails; as well as the time it took to quote were quick (thanks to Megan for this). The work was carried out by a team of 4 who worked extremely hard in awful weather conditions. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, took 4 days to complete with the MD (who advised me that he has roof OCD) inspecting everything at the end of the job. I now have a 10 year guarantee and can highly recommend this company. Thank you so much to all involved.

  Tile replacement and gutter repair

  ALB roofing came out very quickly to give us a quote for a roof repair despite being extremely busy at the time they done their best to fit us in. Very happy with the service we received and the quality of the work. Very friendly and efficient, will definitely use them again!

  Lead work and chimney flashing

  Aaron has done a number of jobs for me now, and he always stands out as polite and professional above all else - a pleasure to deal with. On each occasion that labourers attended they did a thorough job to a very high standard, and most importantly they fixed the issue in hand. Each job I had done was to fix a leak, and it was indeed fixed in a professional and affordable manner. 100% recommended.
