Exceptional service from Alb Render. Elson and his team were fantastic from start to finish. His friendly, professional approach and clear explanation gave me confidence. The team was punctual and efficient, very friendly even when unexpected issues like removing old lime plaster added extra work. The outside was kept clean end of everyday. Elson went above and beyond to help with a guttering issue affecting my neighbour and me which was are both very grateful. I’m very pleased with the end results and highly recommend Alb Render for quality craftsmanship and great service.

Elson and his team were fantastic, kept us well informed at all times and really went above and beyond with ensuring that we received the best products and services for the front of our house. Even with delays not due to Elson however additional tradesmen, Elson was flexible and accommodating. Very competitive price and we will definitely be using again

Here is what set ALB out as a 5 star contractor. 1. Communication. Every evening I'd get a message either confirming arrival time, or in some cases explaining that it was raining too heavily to apply the render. 2. Considerate. Elson and the team sheeted everything up, treated our home like a home not a building site and cleaned up everyday. When they had to start before 8am they were incredibly quiet so no neighbours could complain. 3. Cost. There were cheaper quotes, but they are sensibly priced. Quoted cost was the final price. 4. Quality. Look at the photos. Very impressive work.

The guys were great. Had to call them in after a previous landscaper had made a mess of a wall - communication was great, they did the job quickly and to a great standard - really pleased with the end result.

Highly recommend this company for rendering any type of the house, modern or old traditional one. Friendly and reliable service, using high quality modern materials and always available for communication even beyond working hours. They can provide service during weekend also if it's very necessary.

Explained all aspects of the works very well, protection used and work area cleaned at the end of the day.
