Joseph the plumber was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with the toilet. After locating the mains to shut off the cold water, he replaced faulty parts within the cistern and ensured there were no leaks.

Joseph was extremely professional, very helpful, and truly went the extra mile to get the job done. He helped resolve an issue with faulty gas meter readings, which required him to return an additional day to successfully commission the boiler and bring it into service. Overall, he is a fantastic individual—both personally and professionally.
